I contacted Asheboro.Honda via email about a vehicle listed in December. I never got a response, with the seller contacting me over the phone. Vehicle on lot I would contact via the Janabout app. To view the vehicle. The seller called Janto to confirm the order. For me it's January 2nd, I've been on the road for over an hour. I went on the 2nd. I arrived at 12: ask the seller, I was told he was with a customer and they sold the vehicle min. On the way I stopped in another city, a stranger told me that they had heavily armed me and they were almost sure that the vehicle would not be there. It was a good price for the car, I think that's why it's still for sale. A raffle card to attract customers to the lot? Did you contact the sales manager by phone, first and last name? he said he was sorry this had happened and would tell the business owner next week. which happened and offered a fuel card which I declined. He said he couldn't keep the vehicle even though his dealer had asked me to see the vehicle. I commented what I saved. I know others don't. Even Asheboro Honda

I had my first adventure here in July when I bought a brand new Honda Civic EX and had a great experience. Everything was going well when I scheduled my third oil change, here in July things got worse. I scheduled an oil change for 8am and when I went that morning the girl said "oh we don't have you downstairs you just need to reschedule at a different time". I was finally able to make another appointment in September at 7:30 am, the drive was 20 miles, oil and tire change, as soon as I parked the car and got in I was rudely greeted by a man called “Travis”. I also let it go and sat in the sales department, the longer I stayed there the angrier I got. I sat there for almost hours watching each salesperson come in, go straight to their desk and play on their cell phone the whole time, even with potential customers in the parking lot. They were all so immature and too preoccupied to go to the vending machine and no one asked if I needed help. I finally decided to go out and see if my car was ready. I was very upset when I came out and saw my car in the same place where I parked. I went to the car, the keys had been removed and the doors locked, no oil had been changed or tires changed, the seat had not even been moved. I went into the service, said some bad words and asked for the keys and the girl looked at me like I was an idiot and said "Do you know your keys if you've seen them?" Eventually I managed to get them in my car and left very annoyed with the service I received. Eventually I got in touch with the manager "César" who was wonderful and told me how sorry he was for my experience. Please come talk to him he would buy my car back and buy me a new one with better headlights because my Civic had terrible problems. headlights. I come and we talk. Finally I get out and start looking at the cars from salesman “David”.F*“who was also very understanding and wonderful. In the end, I chose a car I liked, a used Honda Accord, and we drove over to take care of all the paperwork and finances after spending nearly another hour there. I was told I wouldn't be able to get the car because I've only had the Civic for a little over a year and the bank wouldn't break the deal and also that my credit score wasn't high enough to require a .ter co-signing. subscriber which was complete nonsense because my credit score is 0 and they told me it was in range. I was told to go home, take the car with dealer tag and come back tomorrow and do the paperwork and they would take care of it. The next day arrives. I called and the financier was not there. I was told to wait until the next day so after days of waiting they finally called me at 6pm and told me to hire a signer and they had a car and wanted me to check which one was the Honda. Agreement with mileage. I got tired and opted for that car, which took another hour because the dealership was full. I can finally sign documents and finances. The guy who handled my paperwork wasn't even a financier but said he could do it anyway and never told me his name. I was told that even though I have a guarantor, everything will be in MY NAME. I finally left at 10pm. Not only did I have to call the insurance company to switch it, which was not my responsibility, but everything was written in my guarantor's name, making it appear that he was the main buyer and I was the co-buyer. When I called the dealer they wanted to pretend I was stupid which was nothing new and it didn't. I do not know what happened. I can't even get the manager to call me back but the seller told me that if I return the car it will be written to me as a repo even though I've only had the car for weeks and still haven't paid for it first turn. for almost more days. All these people are concerned about making a sale. Customer service sucks. They're going to get that car back. If I refinance the car myself, it will cost me $4 for a mistake I didn't make. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. they only care about sales

On December 19th, I contacted Asheboro.Honda via email regarding the vehicle on offer. I never received a response, on December 31st I contacted the seller by phone. Vehicle on lot, would contact Jan 1st to place a claim. To view the vehicle. The seller called on January 2nd to confirm the order. January 2nd at 1:00 am I've been on the road for over 2 hours. I went on the 2nd of January. I arrived at 12:50 pm. I asked the seller and was told he was with a customer and sold the vehicle 30 minutes before. On the way I stopped in another town, a stranger told me he was going to arm me heavily and they could almost guarantee me the vehicle wouldn't be there. It was a good price for the car, I think that's why it's still for sale. A drawn card that will attract customers to the lot? Did you contact the sales manager by phone, first and last name? he said he was sorry about what happened and that next week he would inform the owner of the business about what happened and offered a fuel card, which I declined. He said he couldn't keep the vehicle even if his dealership created an app. so I can see the vehicle. I made a comment with them that I saved. I know others don't... Not even Asheboro Honda.
